Thanks for joining the Accessibility Web + WordPress Meetup (formerly WordPress San Fernando Valley Meetup)! We can’t wait to see you at an upcoming event.

Please read our Code of Conduct:

Our community should be truly open, friendly, safe, welcoming environment regardless of sex, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, or geeky stuff such as preferred OS, etc.


  • Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative
  • Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech
  • Be mindful of surroundings and fellow participants
  • Alert organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress
  • Participate in an authentic and active way; help create a great event and make it your own
  • Refrain from giving legal or tax advice unless you are a civil rights, disability rights or tax law attorney.
  • Refrain from promoting products and services for personal gain.

Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any members of Wa11yWPM and related events. This includes all patrons of public venues.

Continuing to give legal or tax advice in live conversation or chat, especially after being requested to cease.

Offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); intimidation, or stalking; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; unwelcome sexual attention.

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at any Wa11yWPM event or venue; anyone asked to stop must comply immediately. Organizers may take any action up to and including expulsion from the community without warning or refund.

All community members, attendees, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, and other guests must abide by this code of conduct at all venues and related social events.
